I know that it doesn't open up until July, but does anyone know if there are pictures anywhere of the new pools at VWL? I read somewhere that they were completed. I tried a google image search and could only find copper creek construction photos.

There are some pictures of the villas pool in the Wilderness Lodge facts thread and the Copper Creek construction threads on the resort forum. I took these pictures on May 23rd by looking through the locked fence and by going up to the 4th floor of the BRV building and looking out the window.

This is the entrance closest to Geyser Point.

Would still like to know how Disney allocates construction, operating, and property tax costs for shared infrastructure.

Naming it Boulder Ridge Cove has me concerned that BRV owners may foot a larger share of the costs.

Thanks for those pics
Hmmmmm......Is the only place to see the water now from the dock?
Thanks
Kerri

IIRC from the BWV & BCV discussions years ago, it's by density. Occupancy is a filled Villa, density is number of people. What I don't recall is whether it's actual or possible. Maybe someone who was more involved in that issue recalls and can comment. Obviously there's an amount of trust that they do it the way it's intended.

Not sure what you mean, but if you mean views of Bay Lake, then the answer is no. You can see the water from rooms on the lake side of VWL still and will be able to once the construction is completed, as well. Further, though the beach is missing (sadly), the new Geyser Point Bar and Grill offers a lovely vantage from which to view the lake while you eat and/or imbibe. I'm guessing a few of the new Copper Creek rooms will also offer some views of the water, too. Hope this helps! :thumbsup2
