Wilderness Lodge or Beach Club Villas

We will have 7 adults and 4 children 3 and under. Would you chose (2) 2 bedroom villas at Wilderness Lodge or at Beach Club Villas?

As BCV is our home resort, I am somewhat partial. For all involved, adults and little ones alike, I would have to say that BCV would probably meet all your needs. SAB Sandbar area for little ones to just hang out at the pool. My DS4 spent hours just building moats and floating his boats. As for the adults, you will have all the entertainment and choice of restaurants at your fingertips. A 5 minute walk across to Boardwalk or just a quick trip into EPCOT for dinner in one of the countries. And, for all the enjoy...Beaches & Cream!!!!

I know many will argue for VWL b/c of closeness and just a boat ride away from MK, but if the little ones are 3 and under you will not obviously be spending all day in the parks anyway.

Just my opinion. I do love VWL, but it is just not "home".

We have stayed at BCV and VWL... it's a tough choice. Both are great, I guess I would say VWL since your children are so young you'll be spending a lot of time at MK. But you really can't go wrong either way.

BCV probably has more diverse entertainment for everyone. Proximity to Epcot-World Showcase can't be beat. Easy to pop in and out.

Oh and the pool for the BCV is a little more exclusive than the one at the VWL. The one at the VWL tends to get overflow if the main pool is busy. At BCV, you have Stormalong Bay, the Beach Club quiet pool AND BCV pool to choose from.

Another vote for the Beach Club Villas for the reasons posted above.

Young children don't tend to be enthralled by proximity to Epcot or MGM and the features that make SAB desireable to older kids would be wasted on the young ones. Same goes for the Boardwalk activities. VWL would be a better choice for you with 4 children 3 and under.

As much as I love VWL, with that number of guests I would probably stay in a 2 bedroom at OKW, maybe even a grand villa. Much more room.
