Wendy, I swear I'm going to put big, round glasses on Adam and call him "Ralphie" on the cruise (re "A Christmas Story", the best Xmas movie ever made )

So today I'm driving to work and saw a PERFECT rainbow ... end to end, very bright, and no breaks at the top. Incredible! Is that a sign of good luck???

Well, I have no pics of babies or little ones except for the furry kind, so here's my contribution. I call this "Guido in Drag" (actually, it's just him with my hair drape over his head ... looks like Senor Wenches' little hand puppet, don'tcha think?! And oh, how he loves when Mama does this crap to him ... just look at that expression! )

Don't forget to add to the banana count, folks!

Pat, your grandkids are adorable. I just wanted to let you know in case you were unsure.

The stapler in jello is too funny. It does look like it was hard to clean.

Our foyer looks great. I wish we hadn't waited so long to have it painted. But it's done now and I'm happy. 2 more weeks and we get new carpet and Pergo floors in the entire house. That is going to be a fun week.

Today I must get bills paid. This weekend I hope to get some house cleaning done. (hope being the big word) My oldest is going to spend the entire day at Busch Gardens,we live 20 minutes away, with her Girl Scout Troop on Saturday. I think Kevin and I might take the other kids over for a couple of hours too. I also want to scrap a couple of pages.

I spent too much time posting here yesterday so I had to hustle to get some work done this morning so that I continue to have happy clients. Happy Friday to all. I'm also picking up a new car today so I'll be useless after that playing with my new 'toy.'

Oooooooooh! We had a BMW once when we lived in Germany. That little sucker was FAST. We LOVED that car. Then we brought it home with us and had people leaving their cards on our windshield wanting to buy it. When it was 6 years old, some kid whacked us and totaled it. We were students at the time and living on GI retired pay, so there wasn't any money for another one. Now, we've moved on to another place. The old wide body is too wide for a Beemer's shaped seats.lol But it was sure fun while it lasted. Enjoy it, JD!

Furnace guy is finally here - glad I don't plan to 'make up' the time. Headache is still here too.

Has anyone been keeping count of the kids - like genders and ages and number?

Hi Everyone!

KATHY - thanks for the pixie dust yesterday My back is still bothering me but I went to the chiropractor today and he usually fixes me up pretty good. He's the only chiro I've ever heard of that says "I hope I don't have to see you again" - and he means it in the best of ways. He is not someone who expects you to be a patient for the rest of your life - that's hard to come by in the Northeast!

Everyone's kids and furry kids are soooo cute. I guess I'll have to figure out how to post pics of my two.

Tomorrow we are going to Lancaster, PA to a farm that has this amazing corn maze that they do every year. We love going - DH is a huge fan of corn mazes - it's the little things in life that make him happy. It's always a fun day for us when the four of us get COMPLETELY lost in a corn field and spend a couple of hours trying to find our way out. Can you say "quality family time???"
Fortunately tomorrow night we get to unwind...the kiddos are going to my DS's karate school for a FREE Parent's survival night, so DH and I are going out to dinner

SHELL - eeeewwww! Thank goodness for the airline liquids ban. At least we know you won't be carrying jello to Orlando in Nov.

Jeff, My DH got a BMW X3 last year and it became my car now because of the prices of gas. He has a Honda to commute to work with!! !! Good luck with the car!! I love my mine !!

Thank you all for the kind words about my gk's. I know that people get tired of hearing me about them all the time and I promise not to push them on you too much Right now they are my life. I watch them for Stephen and Esther when they work. I forgot what it's like to talk to adults anymore! My back hurts, my legs can't move and I can hardly pick my butt up off the floor some days, but boy am I on when I see them come through the door

Tiggerking - Happy hunting tomorrow. I remember when our dd was in the youth group at church and they went on a scavenger hunt. She had the best time. Are you close to Charles Stanley's church? Just was wonderin.

Shell - Oh my gosh! I can't believe how much you and Stephen are going to get along. He loves the movie A Christmas Story. Last year they had a marathon on and guess who was glued to the

Lindababe, sorry your headache is still there. lay down and close your eyes for awhile to help it to get better soon.
Shell sent out a list with pictures of all of us, including kids. we are listed as family groups, but no spearate list of kids as far as I know. If you havnt received one of these lists, tell Shell and she will e-mail you one.

Kelly, glad to hear your getting better, backs are pretty painful sometimes. Been there, done that !!!

Well had to put Minnie on antibiotics again, so the fun begins getting them down her. Maybe it will be easier this time.

Hey guys, it's Friday!
Cheer up 'yall. Not that you were angry.

I can't remember who wrote the part saying that they were near boomers (Sorry, I'm too lazy to check who it was), we live very close to there. Not more than five miles off. I love the Perkins that's near there. Too bad the manager went away. He was a good man. A couple of friends of mine work there.

I see we reached the 3000 mark. Way to go! I wanted to be the one to reach it, but so did everyone else I believe.

I did some shopping with my mom today and she told me that my dad really wanted to go on the cruise with us, would we mind
I was ummm no, you;ll love the guys from the boards. She feels like she already knows ya;ll from all the chatting I do. So now they are seriously considering coming along.
