If you pull up the tours on the WDW website, you'll be able to view the times for specific dates.

To answer my own question in case anyone else needs the info, I can book 180 days ahead through disney tours, even though I am traveling in April 2015 and those discounts are not released yet, the discount that is available when I book is what will apply which right now is 15%, a nice savings since there will be 6 of us

i booked the wild africa trek as well. i had to book through the tours and because of the time of day i booked (morning) i did not get the discount-that was only available for i guess late morning to afternoon times
