Definately the Dora and Diego games. They've got very simple controls and are fun. DD played Dora saves the snow princess and had it beat in two days. She loved that because she wasn't spending hours playing and getting basically nowhere. She's replayed it so many times I've lost count.
Wii Play and Wii Sports are pretty fun too.
