Last year we were at OKW for 2 days in March, Pop Century for 1 night followed by 4 nights at SSR in August, and BLT for 3 nights in Dec. Prior to that we were at BLT in Nov 2012 and I can tell you the wifi left much to be desired. It was useable but slow, disconnected a lot, and definitely had peak times where EVERYONE in the resort must have been on it.

We just returned yesterday from 10 days and I can tell you it is MUCH improved. BLT and BCV is where we stayed and I didn't have one issue. For the first time ever the Wifi was giving me faster speeds than my Verizon 4g. It wasn't just the resorts either. The theme parks had excellent service. Many attraction when you go underground or deep inside (like Soarin) my cell service usually cuts out, but the Disney wifi is up and running. This was a major concern of mine with the whole my magic plus. Well, they definitely built a solid network so you won't have any issues with connectivity. Now the App on the other hand....still a work in progress. Very slow but that has nothing to do with the wifi network....it's the app or their servers.

OKW was fine for me in June, but the parks were still very iffy. I often had to turn off the wifi and reconnect to get it to work on my iPhone, and the park wifi was pretty slow.

Currently at BLT as part of a three week trip, Not all resorts have great WIFI.

Was at VGF.... Wifi mixed..... Stayed in a 2br.... Master bedroom struggled to get signal.

AKL-Kidani better than VGF... But not good enough.

BLT.... By far the best, providing the connection I expect.

All parks good.

i agree, resort wifi has definitely improved (as of may, at BWV).
btw, big river grill's signal was often stronger in our room (above the restaurant), so we used that option when needed :thumbsup2
we found park wifi still spotty; the app still too sluggish to be convenient.

at least, they are improving :)

I was at VGF and WL in May. VGF was good, no problems even with 3 of us on it. WL was not good, especially when we came back mid/late afternoon. I think a lot depends on where you are in relation to the routers.

We were there in the first part of 2013 (BLT) and Wifi sucked like it had everywhere since it had been first introduced. When we went in November 2013 (BWV) and May 2014 (AKV) it was greatly improved. The parks wifi, however, had real problems both those times, disappearting or going to snail's pace often and it could not be relied upon for using your device in the parks to check on FP+ times or anything else.

we were at VWL in June and it was HORRIBLE.
