I know stupid question but is there free WiFi in the resort rooms?

Have not taken a laptop to Disney since 2002 and at that time you had to pay for internet at some outrages price .... We have been to Disney several times since just never took a computer with us.....

Seems like they all do now, and moving into the parks as well!

Actually I thought it was $10/day unless you are DVC members. And some of the resorts don't have WiFi but wired internet. You can call the front desk for a wire. We've been in DVC for like three years now, so maybe it has changed recently, but I'm still picturing the little cards on the desk that describe the charges.

As far as I know all of the Disney Resorts now has free WiFi along with some of the parks!

May not be the fastest, but any wifi is good enough for us. Not like we're tyring to try to stream movies at DW because there is so much else to do, but email and basic stuff is great!

Yes, they have wifi but it is SLOW and unreliable. OK for email, but I would not use it for coursework or surfing.
