Did you call tech support? If not, give that a try next time. They can often fix the problem for you and it lets them know which rooms are having issues with the new service.Just left AKV Jambo, and the wifi was painfully slow on my iPad. I was thinking about packing a wireless router next time, but from a previous poster, it seems that solution would be no better. Let's hope they are still working out the kinks!
