Good morning everyone,
The countdown is on for us as we are doing our first trip to OKW (2 bedroom) at the end of April. My question is how are people who have recently been there finding the free Wifi? I ask because we are there for 9 nights and I would rather pay for another server if the free wifi is spotty or very slow. Thanks for your insight!

It's "free", don't expect it to be lighting fast and work all the time. Just like all wifi, it depends how money people are on it and what they are all doing at the time. If you got 300 people trying to stream a movie, don't expect it to be quick at all. It will be hit or miss and will change hourly to daily.

As much as I'm into tech stuff, I just don't understand why people care about wifi while on vacation.

There is a sticky at the top of the page "internet service at the resorts."

There are some techies that have posted about how to get better service than the regular wi-fi service; by bringing their own routers I believe. But you might want to check.

I am the same way as the PP; I don't expect to be doing much wifi time when I am at Disney.

The wired service is gone so bringing a router will not work.

the reality is we have a 3 month old and 2 year old now, so there will be evening down time from about 7:30pm onwards....I actually relax reading world news and look forward to it on the balcony with a glass of wine or a beer for an hour or so each evening
