How is the wifi in the parks? The last time we were there it wasn't an option. Since I will be using Maxpass I don't want to use up my data.

Unless it’s changed from August it’s terrible. I couldn’t fully connect our entire 5 days so I ended up using data. We’re from Canada and I always put a US plan on my phone so it was fine but it would be nice if they had reliable wifi in the parks, especially now with MaxPass (Which is amazing, by the way! Definitely a real time saver!)

I'm always surprised when people act like using wifi in the park actually was an option for them. I am there weekly and almost always try it and can't connect at all, even in the VERY limited areas where it's supposed to work. I end up just turning it off to conserve battery.

I've actually had pretty good luck with the park Wi-Fi. But that's mainly because I know the places where it's most easily accessed: the Pizza Port outside dining area, on the wall facing the ROA near the POTC entrance, along the Frontierland boardwalk or on the wall near the churros cart opposite Star Tours/near the Buzz entrance. Is it available park-wide? Not yet. But where it is available, it's pretty decent. Pretty decent. Not amazing ;-).

It seems to have gotten slightly better very recently. There are still dead zones but when you can get a signal, it's usually very strong and works well.
