Wide World of Sports

I received mail from Disney this week since our trip is coming up. I noticed that besides the vouchers for mini-golf, there were vouchers for the Wide World of Sports. I didn't think there was anything to do there. Am I wrong? Why would they give them to us if there is truly nothing to do?

Unless an event is going on there isn't much to see beyond a bunch of sports venues. Some people find it interesting to see.

And most events have a separate charge.

For folks who would like to go see a family/friend participate in a sporting event it can be a plus since the cover charge there is pretty hefty for that purpose. I would never waste time there otherwise, it's pretty much a facility for those participating in something there.

If you are going to a "professional" type event (like the Braves baseball, leaving and the few seasons Orlando City played there) then there would be a special entry amount that your coupon will not cover.
