Why are they blocking out pretty much the whole month of May for pomotions???

We have always traveled with a promotion the first week of May.
My TA say's not to worry, they should have one comming.....

So we booked the room. And now we wait....i'm a big planner, so this will drive me nuts!

May promotions are usually not out this early. The current free dining promotion that you are referring to as a blacked out period, is an very unusual exception. I agree with your TA. Something will be forthcoming.
