Why won't my extra smilies work?

Can anyone help? When I click on the 'show all smilies' in the drop down box on the smilie icon, nothing happens. I can only get the standard smilies.

It used to work with no problem, so I don't know what has happened .

Not the biggest problem in the world I know, but it's a bit frustrating!

Im sorry I dont know why they wont work, but it might be worth posting on the Tech board, as they are very good with these sort of problems.

Mine haven't been working since well before Christmas. There is a thread on the Tech board about it but the last time I looked at it it wasn't much help. Maybe it's been updated!

I'm wondering if it is a random problem ~ As I can access the complete smilie list and have been able to do so without any disruption.

I've tried the tech board recommendations - clearing cookies, restarting computer, but no joy!

There are other people on there that it appears to have randomly happened to over a number of months, and the techies are mystified. Maybe they'll just randomly start working again one day.

I read a post tonight where people we commenting on receiving email notifications when they had turned them off. Sounds as though there are a few minor problems on the boards.
