Why was my thread moved?????

I'm confused and hoping you all can help...I clearly did not do something correctly. I posted a new thread asking about what is other peoples favorite time of year to go to WDW and why. I started this thread as a means of trying to narrow down a good time frame to plan a visit and it may be a helpful starting point to planning for a lot of families. I know on the DLR side of the boards, people are always asking about crowds, weather, hours, etc during any given time of the year as a way to help one decide when they would like to travel.

Anyways, original point is why was this moved and where should I have posted this instead?

The thread was moved to the Theme Parks board where it would get more response and was on topic to the kind of discussions that they have there. The purpose of the Welcome Board is for new posters to introduce themselves. We are also sort of like a reception desk. If you ask questions here that are better suited to another forum we direct the question there.
