Why take all the umbrella's from the tables in Italy?

Most of the bar height tables have in front of the wine shop still have them but they are premium spaces.

I noticed a drop in the number of benches but really, why make it less hospitable?

Yes, we all learned from MNSSHP last year that before they can charge for a premium event, they first have to remove it from the standard offerings.

Because when people are sitting on benches, they're not paying to sit in a restaurant, or they're not shopping in the stores.
