Why So Little Talk About Galley?

I know resort restaurants generally get talked about less than park restaurants, but I rarely read anything about the Galley. I also realize that the higher-end Yachtsman with its phenomenal steaks gets more attention, and probably rightly so.
But we're staying at the Yacht Club this September and plan a dinner at the Galley one night.
Would love to hear from everyone who's been there!
Thanks.

We have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Yacht Club Galley. We like the menu. Last summer they had a salad bar only choice on the menu. It was good for me, it had one hot dish, lots of salads and all the dessert you could want in one sitting. The breakfast is buffet or ala carte and the lunch sandwiches are good.

We had Thanksgiving dinner there last Nov and it was excellent.

I just got back from WDW & ate dinner at the Yacht Club. I thought it was very nice. I had a grilled steak over roasted root veggies, a mixed green salad and the creme brulee.
I preferred Le Cellier for a steak however I would eat the the Club again.
