Why does VMK hire more staff. Community Leaders helped a TON. VMK would save a lot more money by still having Community Leaders, there were almost as many staffs as leaders. No offense to any leaders but, Community Leaders are free, staff you have to pay for- you need to pay for their servers, they need to pay for things we don't get, they need to pay because there job is being a staff.
