Why LTT Before MNSSHP?

We will be at MNSSHP on Oct. 20th. Why does it seem everyone wants to eat at LLT before the party? This will be our 4th trip and weve never eaten there! Just curious. Thanks!

We are going to the Christmas Party for first time this year I already made PS for LTT. I am going with a seating time so I should finish close to 7 when the party starts & I'm right there already. LTT has good food & good character interaction. All 3 my kids love it. I'm going just to already be in the MK.

I chose it because it was a character meal, it was inside the park, so we'd be right there when we get done, and the characters are in costume. I also thought about Crystal Palace, but we're already eating breakfast there during our trip. Also, I was able to get a PS for LTT when I bought my tickets back in May, that helped because we already had the PS.

I have heard great reviews on the dinner at LTT also, sounds like it will be fun!

The MAIN reason is that it could be booked very early...in May when people bought their tickets. Other restaurants will open up at 90 days though.

Another reason the characters wear Halloween masks for the parties.

Another reason might be what characters and that it's pre-plated.

Another reason might be location of the restaurant.

Another reason might be the food!

I actually prefer Crystal Palace.

I have a feeling that after the excitement of booking it so early wears off and CP and the Castle and Tony's open some might change their PS to those restaurants.

I think for some people, it's the entry time.

Apparently, if you're not going to be at Magic Kingdom all day, with PS's at Liberty Tree Tavern at say, 4:30, you can enter the park early for MVMCP or MNSSHP. I'm not sure exactly how early you can get in without PS's.

We've never done it before... anybody else tried this?

For the past few years they have let party goers in with JUST their party tickets....doesn't matter where or if you are eating somewhere.

One of the main reasons we'll be at LTT before mnsshp on 10/8, is because my mother just loves Minnie Mouse! When we went in January we (but mainly she) were captivated by the darling MM in Toontown. My mom will be wearing her MM shirt at LTT. So, I know the characters change occasionally, but we certainly would expect MM to be there in her little costume. That would be the perfect start to the party for us.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to make a PS for LTT on 10/3 when we are going to MNSSHP. After thinking things over, I realized that we will be able to enter the park at 4pm which is before dinner so we will need to eat a dinner in the park. LTT was booked since I waited so long. I got a 4:30 PS at CP which I am pretty happy about anyway. We have never had dinner at CP so it should be fun. I figured it would be a quick dinner and then we could hop on some rides.

For us it was chance to see Characters in costume plus fact that best friend wants to see pluto.

We ate and LTT last aug. and LOVED it! The food was great and the character interaction was wonderful. My friend and her family are going to MNSSHP and I suggested LTT to her also!
