I have always had a great experience when flying Jet Blue - and today I was even more pleased.
I received an Email about a minor change in our flight for December - not a huge change - but they shifted the flight to 11am out of MCO which I thought might be pushing it - post cruise.
I asked to be put on a later flight - not only did they put us on the later flight - (which as a bonus is now a non-stop flight) - they also refunded close to $200 - as the prices have come down!!
Simply amazing customer service! Needless to say - I would encourage anyone with Jet Blue tix to check online to see if prices have come down. Call them - and they may get you a credit/refund !
