This is a privately owned site and its contents are at the discretion of the owner and webmaster team who set forth certain guidelines for a reason. The Freedom of Speech argument that has been thrown around for awhile now doesn't exactly apply here. Rules are rules. You sign up, you abide by them. If not, you run the risk of being edited.
