It looks like he asked 10 of his friends what their favorite Disney restaurants are. There is no mention that his friends have eaten at each restaurant or are in any way qualified to pick 10 favorites.
With his lack of criteria for a panel, I am not shocked to see that V&A didn't make the list. Even on our daily "What's your favorite..." thread, we rarely see V&A as a top contender.
I actually give our "What's your favorite...." threads more credit than his article. Too bad we can't get published on about.com
