Why is there no cure for the common cold?

I only have calpol, i tried some of that and nearly threw up

Going to try to get to boots tomorrow and stock up.

Me too!! I cant take anything but small amounts of paracetemol being pregnant.

Fortunately for once my hubby feels quite sorry for me and even volunteered to do all of the house work whilst i was ill

we learnt in chemistry that they could soon find a cure for the common cold using nanochemistry

I managed to get some maxi strength flu capsules from Boots which has subsided the sypmtons slighty.

and nanochemistry literally means 'tiny chemistry'. as in, really small molecules that have only been discovered recently and have the potential to cure all sorts of things, possibly including the common cold
i have to do coursework on it..

Not sure if this is correct but I seem to recall, but only just mind you, that colds can come from many different virus's and they mutant all the time, so it s bit like trying to hit a moving taget, and if you do hit it, it pops up again
