Why is Rodeway Inn so Inexpensive?

Rodeway Inn on International is probably one of the most least expensive Hotel/Motels in Orlando.
Why is it so cheap? I have stayed there for a one night stay and for a six night stay and found the accomodations to be pretty acceptable.(Definately not Five Star but okay)
Pros: The staff is friendly, the rooms are pretty big, the pool is always clean and the sheets were changed everyday.
Cons: The pillows are flat. ( Seriously, that is all I can think of)

Has anyone else stayed at the Rodeway Inn on International?

I stayed here a few years ago. The rooms were OK, but some of the furniture looked like it was stuck in the 1960's!

Why is it so cheap? Who knows, but Rodeway Inns have a tendency to be cheap.
