Why is LeCellier so popular for the CP package. I know it is a good resturant but seems so popular for this package. Do you receive more for your $ here( some of the steaks are very expensive...I believe one of the choices is over $ 30 alone) or do they limit their choices for that night? I have already booked a cp package at Le Cellier just because we haven't had dinner there yet:) Thanks

My family did it a few years ago on Christmas Eve. We did it for the cheese soup!

Boardwalk Tigger, I hope you have a lovely meal there (and a wonderful time at the CP).

We have the CP package there on 12/3. Our kids are very picky eaters and the kids menu fits the bill. I happen to really like to the food there, also. The place has a cozy feel it it, adding the that holiday feeling.

I think it's because it has the most "regular" menu (for lack of a better term). You look at France's menu, you can't pronounce most of it. We've had our CP Package at LeCellier 3 times and we've been pleased with it. I haven't booked this year's yet, we're thinking of trying Italy's for a change.

Is why we choose LeCellier for CP Package, every other year we go to Teppanyaki for CP Package we enjoy for same reasons.Going LeCellier this year::yes:: :wave2:

It's familiar. Everybody's had steak and things like that. Not everyone is willing to try food from Japan, Norway, France, Morocco, etc. It's probably closer to what most people would normally eat for a holiday meal. For us, that's exactly the reason we don't usually eat there. The food is great, but we like to try more exotic things while at Epcot.

Although we enjoy Japan and Norway, we always go with Le Cellier. One we are all steak lovin people-there are 12 of us in our party this year and its hard to find a dining option that 12 people agree on. Second great service and food. Love it!!!! Dec 15 here we come.

Let's see.......Cheese soup, pretzel bread , maple creme brulee, great steak, cozy holiday atmosphere, servers with great personality !!!!!!!

We also are doing Le Cellier with our CP package on Dec. 14th and this is the 2nd time for us at that restaurant. I agree that the food is great, the Canadian theme seems to fit in with the Christmas season. I would look at the menus for the restaurants offered and pick whatever food suits your family.

Do they limit the menu at Le Cellier on the CP package? Do they remove some of their more expensive items? We are already booked for there and I am looking forward to eating there. We had dinner at France last year and I loved it. They had their regular menu. I noticed that they have some very expensive items at Le Cellier. Sounds like a lot of good eating:)

Janet2K ...I love cheese soup too:) Thanks:teeth:

I have to try the maple creme brulee too!

LeCellier - it's the same menu. If you love the breadsticks, ask for any that are left to be wrapped up. Most of the time the waiter brought fresh ones out to take. Yum....:D

We had a lovely CP experience at Le Cellier for the most part--our waitress was a bit snippy and kept forgetting to bring my brother his food! The food was great as always.

We ate there again for lunch in August--ditto on the pretzel bread (love multigrain too) and cheese soup.
