.........(my DH is away at AIT with ANG).....he has always been a huge channel surfer, it would never fail, I'd sit down to watch TV with him, here comes commercial and off we go, to never ever return to the show I just got interested in and I would get so irritated, especially after you've gotten about 10 minutes of 6 different shows. Now that he is away and I finally get the kids in bed for the night, etc. I turn on the tube for a bit to wind down and guess what........I can't leave it on one channel either. Seems like everything on I've either already seen, or its stupid, or it's to scary or creepy to watch alone...........

I guess I have become a habitual channel surfer due to over exposure.
