I understand the process of ADR's and for some restaurants (especially Cinderella's) it is 180 days, but what is the +10 days all about?

If you're staying at a Disney resort, you can make your ADRs for up to 10 days at 180 days from the day you arrive. Instead of calling 180 days out for each day you're going to be there, you make on call the first day and can make ADRs for your entire trip, or the first 10 days of it, if you're staying longer than 10 days.

So if I'm staying for 7 nights, I call 180 +7 days ahead?

You can call at 180 days and make reservations for all 7 nights of your onsite stay.

Precisely. You cannot make ADRs more than 180 days prior to your check-in date.

No, the 180+10 is not available to Shades of Green. It is not a "Disney Resort."
