Why is Disney ruining the best attractions or replacing them?

I know that things can't stay the same forever but you don't fix that, which isn't broken. Shouldn't put their new attraction ideas in a new theme park in other than in Disney world or disneyland?

The biggest shame was when they removed the giant troll from Norway; it must be off trolling somewhere else now...

IMO they wrecked POTC, Norway, Mexico, and the exterior of the HM.

They got rid of "attractions" in the old PI which was a travesty in itself.

No clue if the coincides with the OP's thoughts.

I thought they did a great job with PotC and HM, but agree 100% with Norway and Mexico. I really hate the cheap route of overlays like Stitch. And EPCOT devolving into a movie tie-in showcase is upsetting. You have two parks already to showcase the movies--one is even a *studio*.

Oh my.... The POTC is now the "Jack Sparrow" ride. Putting him in once is fine, but like six times???? Really??

Can't stomach it.

The HM- It breaks theme to have that nonsense on the outside of the mansion. Even if done well, which I think it's not, it does NOT belong.

Well, I'm hating this whole Guardians of the Galaxy TOT makeover thing. Its such an inventive, interesting theme the way it is now. For the purposes of full disclosure, I've not ridden it, but I've seen the whole ride from the POV of my hubby's gopro. And all my family loves it. What is the need for doing that??

I'm also unhappy about Ellen. It only needs an update, I know a lot of people hate the ride, but I have a sentimental attachment to it.
