Let me add my 'I love JB' story. I was booked on the 12:10 flight to MCO from Boston, with a 2 hr layover at JFK. I found out that friends were flying to mco on the 11:10 flight, direct no less. So I got to Logan by 9:30 and asked if there was any availability on the 11:10 flight I was told tat yes, I could most likely get on that flight, so I did standby. Well....I arrived at the gate around 9:50 and found my friends. They were thrilled I was on their flight but told me the flight was delayed 20 mins. Ok, no biggie. Well, about 20 mins later, they tell us they need to bring in a new plane, so we won't get out until 12:30 or so! I went to the counter and asked the gate attendants what my chances of getting on that flight were.....told them I didn't mind waiting, but if they told me at 12:00 I wouldn't get on the flight, I would be too late to get my original flight, a d didn't want to wait for a later flight. She asked me where my friends were sitting, I told her, and she put me in the same row!!
Shortly after that, we were told it was going to be much longer, and try brought out bottles of water and bags of snacks! It was almost fun! We finally departed at 1:30ish. I got to WDW about an hour earlier than I would have originally, but 3 hrs later than my new flight should have gotten me there.
I got an email telling me I had a $50 credit from JB.....before we even left the airport.
All in all, I routinely have very good experiences with JB. We'll see how they do in Worcester! Fingers crossed they continue to provide good service.
