Why I Love DCL

We had a great experience with DCL today-- which really underlines why we love to vacation at/with Disney over everyone else, and also why we stick with our TA. We booked a cruise for 9/06 about six months ago. In that time, we decided to adopt a baby/child, and started the process to do that. Well we realized we'd have to upgrade our reservation because we'd be 5 people instead of 4. We called the TA to go from a Cat 6 to a Cat 4-- and had to explain, well we'll be 5, but we don't know what #5's name or age will be because it's an adoption. He said the price had gone up significantly since we booked, but called DCL and explained the situation. DCL then booked us into the new room at the price it would have been back when we originally booked saving us tons of $$. I never expected to get any sort of discount, so I was shocked when the TA called back and told me.

Sometimes we forget how family friendly Disney really is, and it's great to be reminded!
