Why I am NOT even considering selling my DVC until at least 2022

So there is some distortion on FOP? I have only rode it once as well, in the middle, it was fine. So on the ends is it like Soarin? And if so, is there a way to avoid being placed on the outer ends of the ride?

I’ve never noticed a distortion at the ends on FoP. I find it pretty distracting on Soarin and wish they were just more selective with choosing landmarks that would not have been as noticeably distorted. They should’ve just left the Eiffel Tower our.

Supposedly the new standby queue is good, but we have never done it. It *is* classic (I remember as a kid being fascinated by how they had moving cars when flying over London), and my kids still think it's really cool. So we burn ONE MK FP on it. (Enchanted Tales w Belle, otoh, they could do over and over again).

my gf and I waited in the queue back in September and it is entertaining, plus it’s 100% inside so heat isn’t an issue.

I too, have never noticed any distortion on FOP, but it is pretty noticeable on Soarin.


I showed DH the video in the original post (thanks, @CarolMN) and we are both really excited for all the new rides coming to EP and HS (and also the Tron Coaster). Now very glad we have a home resort in that area as well.
