Why haven't Pandora FP's been released past July 4th?

So we're there the entire week of July 4th and I booked my FP's this morning with the exception of being able to finish AK for the week. Neither Pandora ride has FP's available starting July 5th. What gives? Why not? How will I know when they're released so I can update my selections? If I miss it because I'm at work or something I will be sooooo ticked. Where can I call to ask?? I have 2 more days to finish. I booked placeholders in the meantime just in case I miss it but this really bites...

Following for info. Our window opens tomorrow and this really worries me!

Is it possible that they're fully booked already? Or does pandora not appear on the booking page at all?

She said she was able took July 2nd there at AK but not the 4th moving forward.
 
Everything Disney has been releasing over the past 2-3 years has been getting later and later and later.

They have simply become "not in any hurry" to release accurate finalized dates, hours, events, and advance FP availability.
Guests don't like it, but they still keep coming, so Disney has no inceptive to improve things.
Sad, but true.
 

I had this problem for the 8th July which is my last day of fastpasses. I was booking last Friday and been checking every day since. I saw elsewhere that someone had been talking to tech people about it and the only answer at the moment seems to be that they have not released any pandora fastpasses for the days after the daily extra evening hours finish. It is pretty irritating!!

It is plain WRONG. If the fast pass booking window is open the fast passes should be released and available to book. This is nonsense. :headache:
 
I am calling for help. First thing the cm blurted out was that they must be gone already...Took me 5 minutes to get them to understand the passes were never even there to start with. So now he's put me on hold for the past 25 minutes while he "asks his supervisor". :headache:
 
OK so after being on hold for over 30 minutes the verdict is they don't know why they're not showing!!!!!! IT "is working on it now" but are not sure when it will be resolved because they don't know why they're not released. I honestly don't think they even knew there was a problem before I called!! The CM told me "just try again tomorrow" and it should be fixed by then. :sad2:

If anybody else has time to keep trying today and find that they get them fixed today can you please shoot me a PM?!! I absolutely HAVE to leave for work in a few minutes and can't keep checking all day just in case!! TIA!!

I hope they get this resolved. My booking window starts tomorrow morn.
 
Sorry to report that IT still hasn't gotten this resolved!
feel free to email at the email I posted above, we can all empathize but it's little else we can do. If you and everyone else having a problem, email Disney, they will at least have it on record and might actually be able to help you
 
Having the same issue for July 5th and 8th. Why did I even bother to wake up so early? Sent an email but it probably won't do much.
 
Well I knew that FP booking was just going too well to be true Yikes not sure if I should just switch days around. I was really hoping to get everything all settled finally.
 
I just called IT as well. She had no idea what I was talking about at first. She said to just keep checking back. Ok, we will just forget about our jobs and families and sit at the computer all day long waiting for Disney to release the fast passes.
 
Remember while you are on the phone with support that they have no control over the FP+ inventory system, and no knowledge of when inventory will be released.
Checking back later is going be the best advice they can give
