Why hasn't DU contacted me about these codes!!!

I have a reservation through du for December 7-13. I thought my DU agent would have contacted me to say hey I redid your reservation. You saved x amount of money. Has anyone else's agent contacted them today? :(
 
Patience isn't one of my strong points...;) i booked a new ressie myself this morning--just in case--the only problem is that I would have to pay the airfare within 24 hours where when i book through dreams my air needs to be paid off in mid november. why is this?
 
Patience is not my strong point either. Misti is so patient with me I can't hardly believe it. She e-mailed me that they have so many conversions to do that it might be later today before they can get a hold of people with the new information.
 

Tammy at DU is a GODDESS. She had emailed me my new rate by 7:25 CST this am!
 
They seem to be working thru them. Have 2 reservations and received the updated pricing at 11:30. Said they were real busy redoing the reservations.
 
Okay, that's cool. Just making sure I feel funny having someone do my dirty work! I could not sleep last night for anyhting!:p

Did the same thing, just in case, and will cancel the other reservation as soon as I hear from Tricia, my D.U. specialist, who has been wonderful and I'm sure she will get the discount for me, but we control freaks don't just have issues, we have subscriptions:rolleyes:

How do you think I feel, my DU agent is on vacation!LOL Last night, I emailed the agent who is taking care of her accounts while she's gone and told her what I wanted. I'm at work with no access to my email so I'm trusting that all will be okay. Since I'm a big control freak too & patience isn't one of my virtues, I have to admit it's a bit nerve racking. I'm so bad, I told my boss I had to leave at 3:00 today to go get a mammogram when I really just want to go home & make sure all is taken care of with my ressie.:rolleyes:

LOL...they never question ya when you tell them it's some sort of female related problem....the mammogram one is only good one a year though!LOL:p

Regina is great! She saved me $600 at WL with the code first thing this morning. She said she was covering for someone who was on vacation also so if she is your agent be assured that she is working on everyone's changes.:Pinkbounc

My D.U. agent is also Rob. I am sure he is not on vacation because I got his messages on Saturday. I am also still waiting for his response regarding my reservation in October. But I am sure that our reservations will be taken care by him. So, just wait for the good news.
 
My agent is Beth and she e-mailed me with changes around 11:40 we saved $1064 on our to reservations to GF & BC!! I'm sure they will get to you soon.:Pinkbounc
 
My agent is Bob and he emailed me with our changes sometime this morning. Since I am on the west coast...I had the info when I woke up. We saved $700. I am sure they were swamped with all the changes and if you had ressies through them you will hear from them soon. When they are being covered for vacation...that agent always, in the past for us, has done a great job. I'm sure you will hear soon!

The codes aren't available through the Disney Travel company so the air is done through WDW Travel and the room is done through CRO. Since it's done this way the air that you were quoted is scheduled air and needs to be paid withing 24 hours just like going through the airlines themselves.

The original reservation was probably done with Disney bulk air which gives you the added benefit of paying it off 45 days prior.
