Why Don't People Like Brown Derby? Should I Dump it for another Signature?

I ate there a few years ago, and I had an enjoyable experience. My steak was done just right and the mashed potatoes were very good. However, it wasn't such a unique and outstanding experience that would bring me back. I didn't regret my choice to eat there, but I'm not heading back any time soon. I would rather try something different.
