Why Donald doesn’t have an attraction?

Looking for a happy Donald (not grudge) but can’t find an attraction to see him other then The Three Caballeros...

how come? Is this an opportunity?

There used to be Donald's boat at Mickey's ToonTown. You can also argue that Philharmagic is a Donald attraction. He also makes an appearance on MMRR
