Why doesn't my ressie show up on the DVC website?

I called on 11/23 and booked our trip for next June but when I go on the website I can't find it anywhere And when I check my balance, all of my points are still there. I hope I am just too stupid to read the stuff on the website.....

Did you use your own ponts, or developers points? Developers points reservations will not show on the website.

If you are using your own points, it should show onthe website...if not, I would call Member Services to verify the reservation.

It was a combination of developer points, 2007 banked points and 2008 points (the ressie used 560 points total; 370 were developer points) but this is how my account looks:

You might want to call MS, but I think it is the developers points that is the fly in the ointment. Dev. points are never actually posted into your account, but are treated as some sort of separate "group" membership.

Really, you should have two ressies, one with developers points, and one with your points...and the ressie with your points should show on the website.

Maybe the CM did some sort of manual adjustment that doesn't show up on the website.

Another reason why your account may look odd is that DP's and points ressie combined is done manually and takes longer, once the acual contract points are sorted then they will be taken from your account but I don't think the ressie will show online.

Have you checked your 'Points activity statement'? Just checked mine and my normal points ressie is showing but any ressie with DP and normal points is not, but there is a transfer out showing which is equal to the number of normal points on the combo ressie with the DP.

BTW the manual transfer our shows as dated 11/21 yet the rest of the ressie on normal points is showing as 11/14 the day I booked it, so it must take about 7 days to show.

I went ahead and sent an e-mail to MS but what you said makes sense -- it hasn't been quite 7 days yet.
