I love BCV, but I think the views were the last thing they considered when they built it and priced it. They knew the views were sacrificed and most likely used the location and attachment to Y&B to establish point values.
For 13 points you can walk to Epcot and HS and be attached to a Deluxe resort with an awesome pool. With either a view of a cement pond or a woods view with a road going thru it.
I prefer the pool view, because I am away from the road noise when Im on my patio. THe furthest rooms from the road (in the "T") are frustrating, because now your view of the fireworks is blocked by the building. So I dont want road noise and I dont want obstructed firework view, so I'd rather have pool view and face the quieter side of the resort.
BCV has alot to offer, but imo great views is not one of them. We spend most of our time on the resort side and less time in our room as a result. At SSR we enjoy our villa and view more.
