Why does this not suprise me AT ALL!! Michael Jackson NOT the father..

In Ireland the Sunday World is a tabloid paper very involved in sensational reporting with lots of BIG headlines not always the best source of real News

Wow, I hadn't heard about this until now. I always wondered if those children were actually his! Now I know!! Shocking!!

If the mom wanted custody, she may have missed her chance--how much legally binding power do you think California courts have in Bahrain?

I was going to say the same thing, and I seriously doubt that Bahrain will deport him back to the U.S.

The mother of two of Michael Jackson’s children has reportedly said that the babies were conceived from a test tube.

Well, we all already knew this. Those kids are white as can be. And regardless of what Michael looks like now, his DNA still comes through as black. :rotfl: :rotfl:

How would you know this, there have never been any pictures taken without those nets, masks, blankets over their faces.

So, in reality, she birthed those babies, and then SOLD them.

Definitely seems to be the case.

No duh!!! Have you ever seen those children - they are whiter than Snow White and as blond as can be...

If he really isn't their biological father, the kids were likely legally adopted by him.

They were married when she had the children so I don't think he would have had to adopt them. A lot of couples use sperm donors and I don't think that you have to adopt the child if your name is on the birth certificate.

I guess that would depend on the laws of the state of California. If the child isn't biologically his--there may or may not be a formality that he woudl have had to do.

I can go google it..

My thought process is based on knowledge that some states have a law regarding surrogates--where mom and dad conceive via test tube and then that is planted into a surrogate mom (not her eggs though). The baby is legally the surrogate's and then mom and dad must actually adopt the baby.

Here is all that I found--seems that an adoption would not be required in CA.

Are any adoption procedures required when a surrogate, egg donor, sperm donor and/or embryo donor is involved?
Adoptions are not performed when only an egg donor and/or sperm donor is involved in the assisted reproduction arrangement. In terms of embryos, although a form of "embryo adoptions" may be performed, there are no laws or court cases in California requiring any adoption procedure, and the embryo donation may be done by contract only. In terms of surrogacy, while an adoption may certainly be performed, in lieu of an adoption, most county superior courts in California permit a procedure whereby parentage is established by a judgment entered by the court. Once a certified copy of the judgment of parentage is obtained and provided to the California Office of Vital Records, that office will prepare the birth certificate with the intended parent(s) indicated as the sole parent(s) of the child. Nevertheless, it is important to work with a qualified attorney who will explain the available procedures and legal risks, and the timing of those procedures.

I heard that part of their marriage/divorce agreement was that she would give up rights to the children. As I understand, they're totally his now... heck, if they used a sperm donor, they may have used an egg donor as well - may not be biologically his OR hers!

You know ... I don't know who to believe. If Debbie is having her parental rights taken away she will say anything to have access to her kids. I won't just believe her word on it. I would have to see proof. Even so, MJ is those kids dad legally, like it or not.

I think it's sad all around.
