Why do you think Dining Plan doesn't start for DVC until April 2006???

I'm just wondering aloud, as we won't make the cut off to get the dining plan for our next trip. What are your thoughts????

I think they are working out the kinks in the system...whether it be the computer system, accounting system, or whatever.
