I disagree with one of the above posters who said that coupons are only for processed stuff. I agree that the MAJORITY of coupons tend to be for boxed, junkfood, but I'm a couponer and also a mom who is striving to lose weight and feed her family healthy food AND am a major couponer.
This week alone, I saved almost $50 off my grocery bill by matching couponms with ads. Some of my couponed items were : 2 FREE Tide, (saved $25 there!!), Almond milk, vegetables, Olive oil (got 5 bottles of EVOO for .1 each!!), brown rice, cereal, lean ground turkey, turkey sausage, whole grain wraps, etc... So you just have to make the choices NOT to buy the processed junk. Granted, my bill would have been a lot cheaper if I bought that stuff, but it's better for us to buy healthier.
