Why do some reservation times show up, but are grayed out?

Sanaa has a couple grayed out times. I was hoping that it could be a sign that they will open up, but no luck thus far.

Having now read https://www.disboards.com/threads/grayed-out-reservation-times.3943857/ I still can't make sense of it. It doesn't appear to be "party size".

Anyone have additional insight since that thread?

In case it helps, I will answer my own question with this from TP:

Depending on exactly what you searched, you may see some greyed-out times. These don’t mean that if you select a different-sized party those times will become available. Instead, they mark the endpoints of the meal period and the beginning of any hours within the meal period.

You should also try and set alerts by using the DreamTable app. It works wonders for snagging those hard to get reservations that are greyed out. That’s how we got into several, like the beak and barrel!
