Why do Points increase?

I looked up my required points on David's website (CLT 1BR-Lake view on Feb 23-25, 2018). It said 80 points. A week later it was 88 points. Another week (or two?) later and it increased again to 96 points. That's back-to-back 10% increases in one month. Total 20% increase. What gives?

Not one increase, but TWO increases in a month. Who's pulling the strings on these rate increases?

I would ask this on the dvc board.

CLT? Drawing a blank on this one.

However, DVC points do not change once set for the year. I suspect there is some issue with either the website or the user entering the dates incorrectly.

I'm uncertain what you were looking at the first time but the 88 points is for Standard view at BLT and the 96 points is the correct amount for Lakeview so I suspect you just got off on the line you were looking at. No changes - that's what they always were for Feb 23-25 2017.

Sorry, not CLT but BLT. I checked my older postings, and saw that I was originally requesting different dates. So that must have been it.
