Why do people steal stupid stuff????

Ooh! I just remembered another one! I was driving back from Boston and had to stop at a rest area. I just pulled into a parking spot and got out of my car when this old guy with a truck and boat trailer stopped behind me and demand I get out of my spot so he could pull through as there was an empty spot in front of me - he wanted two spots. As I was there first and I couldn't see other parking, I said sorry and went inside. Afterward, I got back in the car and started driving - then noticed the radio wouldn't work. Made no sense as the radio worked fine before I went to the rest area. That's when I noticed the antenna was gone! The old guy must have stolen it b/c he was mad at me!

We had a rash of thefts at my office about 6 months ago...we'd come to work in the morning and all the candy would be gone. Also, loose change, notebooks, coffee mugs, random stuff.

The two funniest:

Someone stole two cans of Campbell's Premium Soup from one of the supervisors and replaced it with two packages of Ramen...

One morning one of my employees came in laughing. She said she had three personal pens on her desk the night before. One of them was now missing. Which one? The one that said "WWJD?"

I cant believe some people!


My dad car was broken into once and tthey stole his case of cassettes ( back in the day LOL) Im sure they were quite surprised when they listened to all my dads sermons!

Similar thing happened to me.

My car got broken into when I was still living home with my parents. Someone stole my cassette cases, with all my Barry Manilow cassettes in them.

My dad took a walk up the street and found them on the side of the road...apparently tossed out of the car once the thieves saw theywere Barry Manilow cassettes. I guess Barry isn't the musician of choice for thieves or hoods.
