Why do I always underestimate... (a long vent)

Well, my mom had a hysterectomy a couple of years ago, so unfortunately it's not just menopause... I wish it were that easy!! I could deal with that!!

mssocks- I'm glad you have a great mom!! Luckily, I got a WONDERFUL mother-in-law. She treats me like her own child, and I could not ask for better in-laws. They are supportive and amazing. But, thanks for the hugs! I think there are plenty of us on here that could use them!

My mom had a hysterectomy in her early 30s. My dad said it did make her a little meaner, but she'd always been temperamental before that. Then adopting two girls sure didn't help matters any. She wasn't too bad when we were little and still pretty compliant, but as soon as we hit puberty, she nearly went out of her mind.
