Why do I always second guess myself?

I made a PS for Donald's Breakfastasaurus (sp?) for 9:50. I wanted it as late as possible. Now I am starting to wonder if this was a good time to choose. According to the menu at www.wdwig.com it serves until 10:00. Will they still be bringing out fresh food or will be getting what's left because we are so late? Also will the characters still be out and about at that time?

The food will be replenished as needed so don't worry about getting picked over stuff. Also, the characters normally are around for about an hour after the last seating. You actually chose a good time since it shouldn't be that crowded.

We had dinner at chef mickeys 15 minutes before the end of PS and we asked them and they told us not to worry, that they refilled food for an hour after last seating.

Hi, don't worry at all. We had this same time three weeks ago and did not get seated for 20 minutes but everything was hot and fresh and the characters were in good moods. I even have a picture with Goofy, Pluto and my niece and nephew because we were one of the few families left at the end.
The only thing is that they do open at 11:00am for lunch as some sort of McDonalds so it seems as though the CMs maybe rushing you, but we were not rushed out by them as much as we were rushing, trying to get to our fastpass for the safari, as we waited for our pictures and to see Mickey. The server was really nice and got hot cups for my mother and aunts as they had not finished their coffee when we were ready to leave.
We will be definately going back at this time as we were so stuffed we did not need lunch (except for the kids) because we had a fairly early dinner PS for Cape May.
