I noticed this morning that the airfare for my February trip went down on Spirit Airlines. I wasn't sure what to do so I called Spirit while on was on the computer. A very nice lady walked me through it and I received a voucher for $120 for future. The only negative about vouchers is that they cannot be used for on-line purchases. Oh well, it's still $120!!!
The only thing I'm confused about is that I received an e-mail almost immediately advising me about the voucher in the amount of $120 and a voucher #. A few minutes later I received another e-mail from Spirit with two vouchers numbers (the original voucher # for $120) and another voucher # for $120.
What do you think that is? Are there two vouchers I can use each worth $120?
