That courtesy costs money, Disney does not like to spend the money. Also, a toll free number, which they used to have, gets people calling to talk to Mickey Mouse, Goofy, etc. Without the toll free, most people need to be serious to call. Most any information you could want is found on the web. The only real reason to call is to make reservations.

wonderful.....thanks...now i can save about 10 bucks on my phone bill..you know to call them you are on hold for like a half an hour every time before you talk to anyone cause they are sooo busy......

Do have the option of booking online besides calling. Do have a cell phone that have long distance on it then use cell phone besides that house phone.
