Why can't I waitlist May 4?

Just the one day. I can't figure out why the continue box won't light up for me to click on it. Doesn't make sense.

About a half hour ago it showed available, and I booked it.
I still don't understand why it would not let me waitlist it.
That is not affected by resort and room type, as far as I know.
And since Oct 5 is not too early to book May 4, that was not the issue.
