Why can't I start a new thread at Theme Park Attractions and stragedies?!

Can someone explain to me why I cannot start a new thread on that baord, but is able to on this one? I posted a question about crowd level and MNSSHP/MVMCP, but for some reasons, it never showed up on the board. When I tried to post it again, the forum told me it's a duplicate of my old thread and refuses to post it again!!! why why why??? I can't see the thread under my account at all!!!

I suggest asking in the tech board. There is a "fix" for your problem there. Make your subject title one word. When the thread posts then go back and edit the title. It works.
