Why can't I pay?

I called today to pay the balance on my room-only reservation and they told me I couldn't pay on it because it was booked online. It clearly says on my ressies that I need to pay it before March 10 so I'm really confused as to why they won't let me pay it. I guess I'll just get one of those reloadable Visa cards and just put my money on that so I don't spend it! LOL! Anyway, does anyone know why they won't let me pay my balance? My cousin has the same ressies as me but did hers over the phone and she has paid her room in full. I just don't get it.

It's the booked online vs. over the phone thing. It's a weird policy, but that's Disney.

I am having the same problem. I booked online and I was only able to pay for a one nights stay to reserve the room. I tried to go online to pay more money and they said for room only reservations you pay for the balance when you arrive. You can only pay online if you book a package reservation

This is why I never book online. I use it for information, and then pick up the phone.
