Do you have more than one account with Disney? This happened to me.
I have an account with Disney movie rewards - quite a while back - I couldn't remember my account name, so I registered again, but then realized that I already had an account. So, I never go to this 2nd account, I always put my codes on the first account. Well, I also have an account with Disneyworld.com and DVCmember.com and the
disney store. Well, apparently, I must have 3 or 4 accounts, that I didn't realize all of them for Disney, even though they are different websites, you can use the same one for all things Disney.
Well, what happened is every time I go to Disneymovierewards.com - I have a message that says they are trying to send me emails, but it won't go through, I need to update my profile. I checked my profile, it has the correct email address, so I ignored it. I never get any emails, so I decided to change my email address to my work email and this worked fine, I'm got a few emails - so I wanted to change it back to my personal email. That is where the problem came in - now it is telling me that I have more than one account and I should only use the one that doesn't have any points on it. It locked me out of the other account and I couldn't get on DVCmember.com either.
On the website, I can only find an email, no phone number, so I sent an email and it says they will get back to me in 3 days. It's been 2 days, I'm still waiting. Meanwhile, I called the phone number for DVC members and told them I couldn't log on to the website - well after 20 minutes or so, they told me I need to use another member name and password - which must be my 3rd account that I opened, not realizing that I already had an account - It works except this account doesn't give me my movie reward points - I have over 3000 points and it is driving me crazy - I don't want to lose my points.
Anyway, my point to this story is that if you have more than one account with the same email address, it may block all emails and until you change the it to where only one account has your email address, you won't get emails.
